A close friend of my sister and therefor myself was in an accident doing the Coney Island Polar Bear Club. No matter what your denomination or beliefs, please keep him in your thoughts/prayers. With 2 surgeries coming up in the days ahead, he needs all the good thoughts he can get heading his way!!

my significant other

we celebrated our two year anniversary on december 15th. she bought me flowers.

i already have 75 movies in my netflix queue. furthermore, i upgraded my account to three at once because i realized how much of a dork i'm going to be about this.
some of my titles to come include:
saboteur, seven samurai, family guy vol. 3, family guy vol. 4, yojimbo, dr. strangelove, the birds, rosemary's baby, the 39 steps, double indemnity, sunset boulevard, touch of evil, a streetcar named desire, the blue angel, faust, metropolis, city lights, the seventh seal, through a glass darkly, doctor zhivago, hotel rwanda, monster house, a scanner darkly, brick, kiss kiss bang bang, butch cassidy, bonnie and clyde, high noon, bottle rocket, rushmore, broken flowers, taxi driver, chinatown, fear and loathing, spinal tap, raging bull, carlito's way, pee-wee's big adventure, gandhi, anatomy of a murder, sullivan's travels, the treasure of the sierra madre, eraserhead, m, broken blossoms, intolerance, ETC.

i can't wait till thursday!!!!

i'm over working doubles. but my shifts are long enough to just work one a day and get paid decently.
sometimes i go to write in here with the intention of writting something meaningful and coherent. something i think people would enjoy reading and could possibly want to know about me.

instead....i'll just say that i joined netflix today. and i'm insanely stoked about it.

you're obviously jealous of my mad interior design skills and how good my makeshift vanity looks.

max: so last night .. in a drunken haze . . i get into a game of rock paper scissors with a girl . . but the catch is . . for each round you loose . . you get slapped. in the face.

Things I have learned thus far in 2007

I. this morning's sleep was the best thing ever. aside from the unfortunatly realistic dream that threw some loops in my thought process today
II. ikea makes a damn fine vegetable soup.
III. ikea also sometimes doesn't give you all the screws you need. and they don't tell you they didn't give them to you until you're half way through putting it together and you get to the page that tells you that you need a screw that wasn't included in your little packet.
IV. motivation to move my last few things is really hard to come by. mostly because i've been moving for days.
